Process: how we do exclusive renovation
Stage 1. Design project and visualization. We create a 3D model linked to actual dimensions. We develop working documentation: electrical wiring diagrams, plumbing diagrams, lighting layout plan.
Stage 2. Re-planning approval. We prepare documents and obtain permission from the developer. All VRF systems and Smart Home solutions are coordinated with Dubai Civil Defence — fully legal for residential complexes.
Stage 3. Pre-finishing works. Demolition, floor screed, plastering by beacons, soundproofing of walls and ceilings.
