LEGAL STATUS AND OWNERSHIP
Ownership rights (Freehold/Leasehold Title Deed) to the property remain solely with you—regardless of whether you are an individual, a company registered in the UAE (e.g., in DIFC or mainland), or a foreign owner. We do not claim any ownership rights, acting as a licensed contractor. Our services are advisory and executive in nature. All expenses for furniture, appliances, repair work, and decor are incurred at your expense with full transparency, guaranteeing you absolute control over the budget and assets.
PROCEDURE FOR FORMALIZATION AND TERMS OF COOPERATION

COST OF SERVICES AND FINANCIAL MODEL
We apply a flexible and motivating financial model aimed at your maximum financial result:

2. Success Fee / Performance Bonus. For sale—an agreed percentage of the amount exceeding the target market price of the property established during consultations. For rental—a percentage of the annual rental contract value (typically equivalent to 50-100% of one month's rent).
Key parameters—the amount of the fixed fee and the bonus percentage—are determined individually for each property, its type and location (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah), and the selected service package (full cycle, online consultation, or rental furnishing).
