Site visit and measurement. Free arrival of a surveyor engineer at your property in Dubai. Arrival time — from 2 to 4 hours after request. We use laser scanning with an accuracy of 0.5 mm. This is critical, as walls in Dubai new builds can deviate by up to 2–3 cm.
Design project. We don't just draw pictures. We develop a project with colour layouts according to the NCS (Natural Color System). You receive not just 3D visualisations but full technical drawings: electrical, plumbing, ventilation, appliance placement plans. Everything is tied to your engineering systems.
Engineering and specification. Selection of materials for carcases and fronts. Load calculation for hinges and runners. Choice of lifting mechanisms based on frequency of use. Detailed specification: carcases, fronts, worktop, hardware, sink, tap, plinths, cornices, built-in appliances. You see every screw before it leaves for production.
Documentation approval. For properties in Dubai, Approval Drawings are mandatory — plans for management companies. We prepare a package to meet the requirements of Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Holding, Wasl. Assembly is impossible without this.
Order placement. The order goes directly to the factory in Italy. No intermediaries. You receive a factory order number and can independently request confirmation from the manufacturer.

Carcases. Italian factories do not use raw particleboard. The base is phenolic plywood, veneered MDF, blockboard, X-Board. Formaldehyde emission class E0.5 — permitted in children's institutions. Carcase wall thickness — 18–19 mm, for premium brands up to 25 mm. All edges are ABS plastic 1–2 mm thick or solid wood. No PVC.
Fronts. The face of your kitchen. Options: solid珍贵 wood (oak, ash, elm, walnut), veneer of Macassar ebony, Rio Rosewood, Ciliegio cherry, Noce Canaletto walnut root. Lacquered fronts — polyester, polyurethane, acrylic. Gloss up to 95%, matt silk, UV protection. Acrylic fronts — depth of colour, mirror shine.
