Foundation work: site geological survey, pile-and-beam or slab foundation accounting for sandy soils. Frame assembly: completed within 2-8 weeks depending on area. Cladding: sandwich panels (PIR or mineral wool) with UV protection, thickness 80-200 mm. Roofing: reinforced panels or insulated corrugated sheet, capable of withstanding sandstorms. Engineering systems: HVAC (cooling to +22°C indoors when outside is +50°C), electrical (lighting, power lines for equipment), water supply, sewage, low-current systems (CCTV, fire alarm). Finishing: floors (seamless, concrete, acid-resistant coatings), partitions, restrooms, showers.
