Everything begins with a free site visit by our specialist to any emirate — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, or Umm Al Quwain. The free visit applies when the subsequent order value is 15,000 AED or more. Our engineer takes laser measurements, accounts for wall and floor irregularities, the type of substrate, and necessary expansion gaps for metal thermal movement. The design office then develops drawings and 3D visualizations, confirming the material, skirting height (typically 50 to 200 mm), fastening method, and final finish. Products are then manufactured at our Dubai facility and delivered across the UAE by our own courier service. For urgent orders, express delivery via partner transport companies is available. Installation can be carried out by our teams or handed over to the client's own contractor — we accommodate both approaches. Every product comes with a warranty.
