What it is made of
For production, we use stainless steel grade AISI 304 — the primary material for the food service and restaurant industry worldwide. The steel is resistant to corrosion, food acids, detergents, and high temperatures. Sheet thickness ranges from 1 to 3 mm depending on the product's purpose: for countertops and work surfaces we use 2-3 mm, for cabinets and shelves — 1.5-2 mm, for trolleys and frames — profile tube with cross-section of 25x25 or 40x40 mm. For facilities in coastal areas of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, as well as for areas with swimming pools and spa complexes, we recommend stainless steel AISI 316L with enhanced corrosion resistance to salt water and chlorine. All surfaces are finished to a satin or mirror finish, corners are rounded for safety and ease of cleaning, and welds are ground to an invisible state. We avoid joints on countertops by using large-format metal sheets — up to 4 meters in length without a single seam.

Manufacturing and work with drawings
One of the main specializations of Stroy Dubai is the custom fabrication of stainless steel products according to the client's sketches and drawings. Our production facility is equipped with cutting equipment (laser and guillotine), bending (CNC press brakes), welding (TIG argon arc welding), and finishing equipment. We can fabricate products from sheet steel up to 6 meters in length and up to 4 mm in thickness. To most efficiently place all the necessary equipment in the available space, products often need to be made to the specific dimensions and configuration of a particular kitchen. Our designers review the working documentation, can refine your drawings, or make the necessary changes. After approval, programs are created for CNC machines, ensuring maximum precision and consistency of characteristics from product to product. We work with both standard projects and exclusive custom orders — from simple stainless steel profiles to complex equipment for restaurants and cafes, involving multiple manufacturing operations and components from third-party suppliers.
