All frame parts are manufactured at our factory in Dubai on CNC machines. Dimensional accuracy is plus or minus one millimetre. On site, all that remains is to assemble the structures according to the assembly diagram, like a construction kit. If necessary, the building can not only be quickly assembled but also dismantled with all elements preserved and reinstalled elsewhere. The quality of the structure does not suffer.
Quality control at every stage
Because we have our own metal structure production facility, ordering the construction of agricultural facilities from us is not only profitable but also practical. We are always ready to provide a preliminary estimate after receiving a technical specification or sketch. Construction timelines depend on complexity. A greenhouse with an area of up to two thousand square metres without complex systems can be built in two to three months. A livestock farm with ventilation, cooling and waste removal systems will take four to six months. All deadlines are specified in the contract.
