What soundproofing is
A system that stops sound passing through the wall. It consists of a frame, vibration decoupling, sound absorbing layer (basalt wool) and sound reflecting layer (drywall or fibreboard). According to Dubai Building Code, the sound insulation index for partition walls must be at least 50 dB. In Dubai new builds it is often 45–48 dB. We raise it to 64–72 dB.

How we install
Free site survey with a sound level meter. We determine the noise type and required construction thickness. We provide a fixed price quote.
We install vibration isolation hangers on the wall — without them, impact noise travels through the frame. We fix the profile using damping tape. We insert basalt wool tightly between the studs. We cover with drywall in one or two layers. We tape and fill joints, then prime. The wall is ready for paint or wallpaper.
The entire process takes one day.
Permits
For an apartment, notifying the building management is sufficient. If electrical work is required — DEWA approval. For commercial spaces — Civil Defence approval.
