Every three rows we add reinforcing mesh. We tie the partition to the walls with metal rods. After laying, we plaster and prime the surface.

How the process works
Step one — free site survey. An engineer visits the property, inspects the floor slab and walls, and takes measurements. They explain which block thickness will work and whether reinforcement is necessary. A quote is provided within 24 hours of the survey.
Step two — permits. We obtain an NOC from the building management along with a refundable security deposit starting from three thousand dirhams. If the layout changes, we secure approval from the municipality or Trakhees (for zones such as Palm Jumeirah and JAFZA). For commercial properties, we obtain Civil Defence approval. Drawings for permits are prepared by a licensed engineer. We handle everything.
Step three — materials. We deliver foam blocks from the municipality approved list. The batch is inspected on site. We also supply adhesive, mesh and metal rods.
Step four — installation. We mark reference lines on the floor, walls and ceiling. The surfaces are primed. Holes are drilled into the load-bearing walls and metal rods are inserted. Blocks are laid on adhesive, with each row staggered to create a running bond. Every three rows we add reinforcing mesh. Finally, the gap beneath the ceiling is filled with expanding foam.
Step five — finishing. The partition is plastered and primed, then prepared for paint, wallpaper or tiles. Debris is removed. An inspector reviews the work. We obtain the Building Completion Certificate. Your deposit is refunded by the building management.
Step six — warranty. All work is covered by a 36‑month warranty. If the wall cracks or settles, we repair it at no cost.
